Bring smarter academic collaboration to your campus

What is the AcadSyntra Campus Ambassador Programme?

The programme brings together students who help their academic communities discover AcadSyntra: introducing classmates to the study, research and collaboration tools, supporting new users, and sharing honest feedback with our team so more students, departments and institutions benefit.

What do Campus Ambassadors do?

  • Raise awareness of AcadSyntra among classmates.
  • Help students understand and start using the study tools.
  • Introduce the platform to course groups and student communities.
  • Run approved campus activities, such as short demos and study sessions.
  • Share structured student feedback with the AcadSyntra team.
  • Encourage adoption while respecting your institution’s and department’s own approval processes.

Why become a Campus Ambassador?

  • Build leadership, communication and community-building experience.
  • Get recognised for real contributions to your campus community.
  • Take part in educational technology advocacy and shape the product with your feedback.
  • Access official programme activities and resources.
  • Earn for every student you bring: ₦200 cash you can withdraw + ₦300 study wallet credit for each invited student who verifies their email, studies on 3 separate days in their first month and passes review.

Rewards are paid automatically once the team confirms each referral. Signups alone, duplicate or fake accounts never earn rewards; there is no salary.

How ambassador rewards are paid

For every classmate you bring who becomes a real, active student: ₦200 cash + ₦300 study wallet credit.

  1. You invite a classmate with your personal invitation link. They create their own free account.
  2. They really use AcadSyntra: they verify their email and study (notes, reflections or practice quizzes) on 3 separate days in their first month, at least once after day 7.
  3. The team reviews the referral to confirm it is a real, separate student, not a duplicate or fake account.
  4. You are paid automatically the moment the referral is approved, straight into your AcadSyntra wallet.

₦200 cash per student

Goes into your wallet earnings. You can withdraw it to your own bank account once your earnings reach the withdrawal minimum of ₦1,000 (that is 5 approved students). Add your bank account in your wallet; the team verifies it once.

₦300 study wallet credit per student

Goes into your wallet spending balance. Use it for AcadSyntra plans, AI study tools and paid content. Study credit cannot be withdrawn as cash.

Example: 5 classmates join with your link and all 5 are approved. You receive ₦1,000 cash you can withdraw and ₦1,500 study credit. If only 3 of them qualify, you receive the reward for those 3.

What does not earn rewards: visits or clicks on your link, signups that never study, people who already had an account, your own extra accounts, and duplicate or fake accounts. Each student counts once. Amounts are set by AcadSyntra and can change; the amount shown when a referral is approved is the amount you receive.

Frequently asked questions

Who can apply?

Students with an active AcadSyntra student account who have completed onboarding. The programme suits course representatives, student leaders and student volunteers. Lecturer and administrator accounts cannot apply.

Must I be an existing AcadSyntra user?

You need a free AcadSyntra account. If you do not have one yet, select Become a Campus Ambassador to register first; after onboarding you can return to the application.

Can students from institutions not yet on AcadSyntra apply?

Yes. Enter your institution and department on the application. Becoming an ambassador does not register your institution or give you any institution or department administration access.

Is the programme free to join?

Yes. Applying and taking part cost nothing.

How are applications reviewed?

The AcadSyntra platform team reviews each application and leaves a decision note on your Campus Ambassador page. You can withdraw a pending application at any time.

What does an ambassador do?

Ambassadors introduce AcadSyntra to classmates, run short demos or study sessions, help new students get started, take part in activities published by the team and submit activity reports and student feedback.

Are rewards available?

Yes. For each student you invite who verifies their email, studies on AcadSyntra on 3 separate days in their first month and passes the team’s review, you automatically receive ₦200 cash, withdrawable to your bank account plus ₦300 study wallet credit to spend on AcadSyntra. Each student counts once, and signups alone do not earn rewards. The team may also recognise outstanding activities.

How are referrals tracked?

Approved ambassadors receive a personal invitation link. A new account created from that link within 30 days in the same browser session is attributed to the ambassador. Referrals count towards rewards only after the new student verifies their email, studies on several days in their first month and the team reviews the referral. Ambassadors see totals, never classmates’ private activity.

What happens if my application is not approved?

You will see the team’s feedback on your Campus Ambassador page. You can update your details and resubmit.

Can I reapply?

Yes, after a rejection or after withdrawing an application. Suspended ambassadors cannot start a new application while the suspension is in place.
