Provide accurate information, use only accounts and institutional roles you are entitled to hold, and keep passwords, verification links and recovery codes private. Tell the platform operator if you suspect unauthorized access. Institutional membership and elevated roles may require approval.
Acceptable use
Do not impersonate others, harass people, upload malware, bypass access controls, manipulate engagement or reputation, misuse assessment materials, or publish content unlawfully. Do not use the platform to expose confidential research or personal information without authorization.
Academic responsibilities
You remain responsible for originality, attribution, permissions, research ethics and compliance with institutional rules. AI outputs and similarity indicators can be incomplete or inaccurate. They do not establish academic misconduct or replace authorized human grading, review and approval.
Content and intellectual property
Only upload or publish material you have the right to use. Rights in your original work remain subject to ownership, institutional agreements and applicable law. You authorize the technical processing needed to store, display and deliver material to the audience you choose; broader commercial licensing must be agreed separately. Respect third-party rights and report suspected infringement through the contact page.
Access, payments and optional services
Features depend on your role, institution, permissions, module availability and any applicable commercial access. Review displayed prices, charges, product-specific terms and refund information before paying. Payment gateways and external providers may apply their own terms. These public pages do not guarantee a free plan, a particular provider or universal feature access.
Service limitations
Availability depends on infrastructure and configured integrations. Maintenance, outages and provider failures can affect access. Keep appropriate copies of important work according to your institution’s rules. Product previews use illustrative data and do not guarantee every account has the same screen or feature set.
Moderation, suspension and leaving
Authorized staff can review reports and apply access restrictions according to platform and institution policy. You may ask the operator about closing an account and handling associated data. Closing access does not necessarily remove records that must be retained for academic, financial, security or legal reasons.
